Coachman Park is located on the waterfront in downtown Clearwater and is accessible from Drew Street or via Cleveland Street (State Road 60).


  • Take SR 60 to Clearwater
  • Follow SR 60/Gulf to Bay Boulevard through downtown Clearwater
  • Make a right at Osceola Avenue
  • The venue is on the left


  • Take US Highway 19 to SR 60
  • Head West on SR 60
  • Follow SR 60/Gulf to Bay Boulevard through downtown Clearwater
  • Make a right at Osceola Avenue

Downtown parking meters are not enforced after 6 p.m. on Fridays and all day Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note:

Handicapped parking is first come, first served and is located at the bottom of the hill and is accessible off of Osceola Ave between the library & Winter's Dolphin Tale Adventure.

Park N Ride:


Park for FREE at the Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex (northwest corner of Drew St & Coachman Rd, Clearwater) and ride PSTA’s Bus Route76 for FREE to and from the Clearwater Sea-Blues Festival presented by Visit St. Petersburg Clearwater.

Saturday, February 18th: Route begins at DiMaggio lot at 11:00 a.m., and run the loop back to the parking lot through 10:30 p.m. last bus leaving the library.

Sunday, February 19th: Route begins at DiMaggio at 11:00 a.m., and run loop until last bus at 10:30 p.m.

Do’s and Don’ts:

The following items and practices are not permitted at the events:

  • No pets, except assistance animals
  • NO grills or open flames of any kind
  • NO glass containers or bottles
  • NO coolers, food or drinks
  • NO unauthorized vendors
  • NO tents, canopies or umbrellas
  • NO audio/video recording devices
  • NO throwing objects such as footballs, Frisbee’s, etc.
  • NO in-line skating, skateboarding
  • NO littering
  • NO personal fireworks
  • NO chairs
  • No drones


  • Folding Chairs 
  • Blankets
  • One sealed bottle of water per person is permitted
